Riosquad is a mobile tactical shooter being developed by Mobits, from Rio de Janeiro
For about a year, I have the privilege to design the concepts and 3d models of all characters, weapons, environments and also help on game design and art direct the animations, done by André Scudiere.
It was a blast and allways a rush for each model, since I was working part-time back then, as a contract Art Lead. Besides the high poly of the soldiers, taht were done in 14 days, each model was made in about 3 days. From high poly mesh to low poly with textures.
Here you can see a collection of images from models that I didn’t have enough time to add that little “extra” to make them stand out, but eventually got into the game or are still being polished at the studio.
